Prototype Review
Prototyping can verify product structure and solve problems of the design.
To guarantee the stability of quality, engineers make initial ideas into visible units to test in real environments, evaluate, and refine.
- Material: Metal, Acrylic, PVC, PP, Wood, and so forth
- Lead time for Prototype: 3 – 7 working days
- Quality Assurance: Each new project must be tested, like a durability test, assembly easily test,surface finish test.
If prototype only,Engineer, Q.C and sales will review together and makea note for future attention.
If first article off produciton, we have a big team, Engineer,Q.C,sales,Punching Dept.Welding Dept.Polishing Dept. Powder Coating Dept. Chrome plating Dept.Packaging all together to go through the issues we may have on the first article and discuss the potential problems may happened in production line.Each director will make a note for their parts .Then production will be followed strictly to make goods finish as schedule.
