According to legend, eating moon cakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival can be traced back to the Zhou Dynasty. Moon cakes were originally used as offerings to the moon god. Later, people gradually regarded the Mid-Autumn Moon viewing and tasting moon cakes as a symbol of family reunion, and gradually moon cakes became holiday gifts.


In Sintop, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also one of the lively festivals in our factory every year. Because the factory not only distributed a box of moon cakes to every employees but also a very lively "Bo Bing".

The Mid-Autumn Festival Bo Bing, originated in Xiamen, Fujian, was invented by Zheng Chenggong when he was stationed in the army.  "BoBing" a popular entertainment activity during the Mid-Autumn Festival, in which six dice are used to throw the result combinations to determine the prizes for the participants. The traditional prizes are moon cakes of different sizes, for a total of one session, including 1 champion, 2 for the hall, 4 for the third, 8 for the fourth, 16 for the second and 32 for the first show.

Our factory sets the prizes as some daily necessities required by employees, such as tissue, shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, oil, rice, kettle, electric fan, and the biggest prize is an electric car.

Each employee returned home with a full reward after participating in the "BoBing" , and happily carried their gifts back home to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with their families again.
