Key Features
Built Around the Mounting Interface
This custom-made mounting plate gives users more latitude in the mounting process thanks to a combination of round holes and elongated slots.
By using holes of varying shapes for fixation, alignment, and locating in one area users can get by without having larger space or footprint of the overall object.
Formed Zones Enhances Structural Strength
To get the additional reinforcement, instead of relying on the flat whole sheet of metal, areas are selected and shaped/bent in such a way that they add to the strength. Through bending of the sheet metal in controlled manner in the formed area one can get more out of the metal even with relatively small surface area.
Nature-Based Processing of the Material
The component gets its shape by punching holes and forming edges. This way of making will help punched metal plates to be used in situations where consistency over the number of holes' arrangement and size would be critical. Thus this manufacturing technique will make a punched metal plate very reliable for large-scale production.
Flexible for Diversed Installations
Mount sizes, slots, hole positions, bend positions, and even overall shape can all change to match what's needed for the specific setup. This is what allows the part to be flexible enough for all sorts of use from equipping devices to structural assemblies and other OEM projects.
Smooth Metal Finish
The displayed finish presents you a neat metallic look and it will be very suitable for components that can be partially visible in the assembly.
Apart from galvanized finish, we can make the precision metal part by powder coating, plating, or whatever finish is required by the customer in case it is specified at the time of project development.

Product Details
Production of the part begins with a flat sheet-metal blank which is later cut and holes are formed before the process finishes.
By making sure openings align, we can create fastening spots that match while, simultaneously, bending and forming give rise to the shape of the part.
As an example of the slot, a large hole with a narrow opening is good for an adjustment that allows one to find an alignment between the piece that is fixed and one that is being installed without forcing the connection too fast which may compromise its quality. That’s why you get some flexibility when you are allowed to put the fixation points in a slot with a certain length that gives you more options to align than just the center.
What a fold or a bend adds to our capabilities can be seen from how we are able to create different geometrical shapes using only one flat metal with our CNC bend-and-form machines. The idea of sheet metal transformation is literally made tangible by using such machines. In the end, one is able to take flat sheet metal and change it (not merely cut) into different parts with different sizes or profiles according to a specific part or system requirements by using a 3D OEM sheet metal part.
We welcome all types of orders that we can turn into sheet metal parts: a piece of paper showing the idea (drawing), a 3D file of the design, a project plan, a real prototype, or just a sample. All that you need is material thickness, how large the aperture is, the bend angle or angles of the part, the tolerance (how closely the finished parts match with the plan), which kind/s of surface treatments have you decided on, etc.- you give it to us and we take care of the rest.

Application
The sheet metal component with forming that we talked about is able to serve multiple different applications like:
Equipment mounting assemblies
Machinery components
Commercial equipment
Retail fixture hardware
Electrical and electronic assemblies
Structural support systems
Enclosure components
OEM equipment
Custom installation systems
OEM sheet metal parts manufacturers who are procuring will see a lot of versatility in this part. It will be the main part or just one among many parts in an enclosure. The way its slots for mounting, its holes for fasteners and its shaped sections were designed and manufactured shows how good it will be in environments where one is very particular about accuracy of the position of the parts as the assembly is taking place and where at the same time one needs to be sure about the structure.

Why Choose Sintop
As a company we believe a metal working process should be thought of and designed as a whole where cutting, punching, bending, and finishing are all steps of a production chain. As a result, it will be possible to see the design and manufacturing issues with one glance from every custom mounting plate in question.
Fabricating our metal components includes laser cutting, CNC punching, bending and forming metal sheets, welding, and surface finishing to give your part that final finish.
We have the technology to keep production parameters consistent for mass-OEM manufacturing by making sure everything is the same across batches.
Whether the requirement is a prototype, a small production run, or ongoing supply, Sintop can develop precision metal fabrication solutions around your drawings and specifications.
