Compact Steel Structure
The case features a sturdy formed-steel body that provides a stable protective shell without adding unnecessary bulk. Consequently, it is perfectly suited for devices that require a dedicated metal electronics housing.
Built-In Air
Ventilation slots are provided in the side panels to let out the heat that equipment generates during its operations. The design of this ventilated equipment enclosure makes it very ideal as a solution where air flow has to be considered along with protection.
Straight forward and Reliable Mounting
Long mounting flanges with drilling locations ensure that the enclosure is fixed to a panel, frame, cabinet, or other supporting structure. Moreover, such a design makes installation easier and at the same time allows the enclosure to be in the desired position very stably.
Purpose-Built Front Interface
The section facing front can be manufactured together with customized openings that allow placement of the connectors, switches, indicators/buttons, etc. The holes in the section with the interfaces will be developed directly from the customer's drawings.

Product Details
The product has four basic components: sheet metal body for compact housing, formed edges, a type of upper detachable housing, ventilation apertures, and built in mounting extensions, all of which are the result of this process.
Contrary to standard off the shelf metal boxes, this Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication process allows the enclosure to be custom made around the actual inner device's size and connection requirements.
An interesting feature is the possibility of the front panel being modified through cutting to add openings for various types of components, and on the sides, the air inlet/outlet pattern can be adjusted in order to match the thermal needs. Besides, the mounting holes can be also moved to align with the customer's particular installation set up.
If the customer plans, for example, to have several different electronic products with a consistent appearance, then they could be made with the same Powder CoatedSteel Enclosure design language although different enclosure sizes could be used.
