This enclosure is designed through a custom manufacturing process that uses a precise laser cutting and a CNC punching method to create a highly detailed and accurate enclosure which is then welded, powder coated, assembled and packaged as final product. Each panel is a unique piece in itself, so we have an in-house sheet metal cutting department, a powder coating line and an assembly department which gives us freedom to come up with the most challenging of designs in the field of custom sheet metal enclosures, such a combination of design elements as cooling fans areas and internal mounting locations are not at all difficult anymore.
Modular design gives manufacturers the benefit of optimizing interior space while still having control over the exterior footprint. The various panels can be joined with each other to form a custom made electronics enclosure for different industrial and electronic applications.
To allow for the effective dispersion of heat generated by the equipment during operation, the perforated sections and fan openings can be strategically placed in accordance with the required air flow path. Consequently, the equipment housing with ventilation is suitable for those situations where one needs to maintain a constant thermal balance by the proper enclosure design.
